The sun was just starting to rise over Espernol when Felkis, Tommot, and Dallus received a request from a family in town. The family’s prized heirloom, a beautiful amulet passed down through the generations, had been stolen during the night. The Ranger Trio agreed to help and set out immediately to track the thief.

They moved quickly through the forest, using their expert tracking skills to follow the thief’s trail. After a few hours, they came upon a clearing where they found signs of a struggle and tracks leading in all directions.

“We’ll have to split up to find the thief,” Felkis said.

Tommot nodded in agreement. “I’ll take the east,” he said. “Dallus, you take the west. Felkis, you take the south.”

The three friends split up, each heading in a different direction. Felkis moved swiftly through the forest, following the tracks of the thief. As he moved deeper into the woods, he spotted movement up ahead. He crouched down behind a tree, peering through the leaves.

In the distance, he could see a small band of rogue bandits, their faces covered by masks. They were arguing loudly, their voices carrying through the forest. Felkis watched for a few moments, trying to gather as much information as possible. Then, he crept closer, careful not to make a sound.

As he moved closer, he heard the bandits talking about a powerful warlord who was seeking to destabilize the region. They had stolen the amulet as part of a plan to weaken Espernol’s defenses and make it easier for the warlord to attack.

Felkis knew that he needed to report this information back to Tommot and Dallus. He carefully backed away from the bandits, making sure not to be seen, and ran back to the clearing where they had split up.

“Tommot, Dallus, I found the thief,” he said, panting heavily. “But it’s worse than we thought. The thief was working for a powerful warlord who wants to attack Espernol.”

Tommot and Dallus looked at each other, their faces grim. They knew that they had to act quickly if they were going to save Espernol from a devastating attack.

“We need to find out more about this warlord,” Dallus said. “And we need to stop him before he can do any more damage.”

The Ranger Trio set off deeper into the forest, their minds focused on the task ahead. They knew that they were facing a dangerous enemy, but they were determined to protect the people of Espernol at all costs.
